All shipments are made via UPS Ground or USPS, and are shipped the same day or within 24 hours.  If you reside within the continental United States standard shipping and handling charges of $8.50 will be added to all orders under $100.  UPS Ground shipping or USPS Priority Mail is FREE for those orders of $100 or more (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Your shipment confirmation email will let you know how it was shipped and provide you with the tracking number. Available to US Residents only.    

 

For Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, orders must be shipped by Priority Mail or UPS Air, as Ground Service is unavailable to these areas, except for Canada.  If you are a customer whose order is shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or to a U.S. Territory, please choose either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Air Delivery to see your actual shipping costs before placing your order.  Canadian orders may also select UPS Ground.  While as a rule we don't ship internationally, we can make some exceptions depending on the item(s).  Please contact customerservice@thecoverteye.com for further details. 

 

 

Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address.  UPS can not deliver to a PO Box.

 

If you would like to upgrade your shipping you may do so at an additional cost.  Request for faster shipping will process the same day or within 24 hours upon receipt of order.  Please make your selection in the Shipping Calculator if you would like to upgrade your shipping when checking out. 

 

How long will it take to receive your order? Here is a list of our shipment methods with approximate transit times for US:

 

 

USPS Priority Mail - 1 to 3 days (excludes Sunday/Holiday delivery)
USPS Priority Express - 1 to 2 days (excludes Sunday/Holiday delivery)
UPS Ground - 2 to 7 business days

UPS 2nd DAY AIR - 2 business days
UPS NEXT DAY AIR - 1 business day

 

NOTE: UPS does NOT deliver on weekends for the above services. We do not offer Saturday delivery through the shopping cart checkout. If you need Saturday Delivery, please call us directly (you will need to call by 12 noon Mountain Time to ensure your order will ship for Saturday Delivery). Additional shipping will apply for Saturday Delivery.

 

*Once your order ships you will receive a shipment confirmation via email which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date.  If you place your order by mail, phone, or fax, and do not wish to provide your email address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number.  We do not give away, sell, or rent your personal information, including your email address, to anyone.  Our Privacy Policy is posted. 

 

For money order or check orders, please be sure to include the appropriate shipping costs in your payment.  For offline orders (mail or fax) please print an order form to mail or fax in.
