Ron Sass founded THE COVERT EYE in 2007 while winding down his career in network engineering.  Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Ron followed his first career path in journalism to Phoenix, Arizona, where he worked a number of years as a news reporter, and later taught K-12 in the Phoenix school system.  Today, Ron does contract work for The Department of Homeland Security, as well as running the day to day operations of THE COVERT EYE.  Married to wife, Inna, they and their son continue to reside in "The Valley of the Sun."
