Shipping Policy
No International Orders

All shipments are made via UPS Ground or Federal Express, and are shipped the same day or within 24 hours. If you reside within the continental United States standard shipping and handling charges of $8.50 for UPS Ground will be added to all orders under $100. UPS Ground shipping is FREE for those orders of $100 or more (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, orders must be shipped by 2nd Day Air, as Ground Service is unavailable to these areas. If you are a customer whose order is shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or to a U.S. Territory, please choose either 2nd Day Air or Next Day Delivery to see your actual shipping costs before placing your order. While as a rule we don't ship internationally, we can make some exceptions for Canada, depending on the item(s). Please contact customerservice@thecoverteye.com for further details.
Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address. UPS can not deliver to a PO Box.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping you may do so at an additional cost. Request for faster shipping will process the same day or within 24 hours upon receipt of order. Please make your selection in the Shipping Calculator if you would like to upgrade your shipping when checking out. Estimated Cost for upgrade in shipping is as follows:
UPS Next Day Air - $40.00 - $75.00 (depending on weight and size)
UPS 2nd Day Air - $20.00 - $40.00 (depending on weight and size)
Saturday Delivery for the above services is $12.00, in addition to the above shipping charges. Only available on Friday with Next Day Air or Thursday with 2nd Day Air. Not available for Ground Service. May not be available in your area. You must state during check-out you want to add the $12.00 for Saturday delivery.
If you are purchasing accessories only, and the total order is under $100.00, you will be charged $8.50 for UPS Ground shipping.
PLEASE NOTE – If an item that you ordered is out of stock for more than one day and you have requested UPS Ground shipping, we will most likely upgrade your shipping (at no additional cost to you) in order for your purchase to be delivered to you in a timely manner. Rest assured you will NOT be charged for any shipping upgrades. We value your business.
*Once your order ships you will receive a shipment confirmation via email which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date. If you place your order by mail, phone, or fax, and do not wish to provide your email address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number. We do not give away, sell, or rent your personal information, including your email address, to anyone. Our Privacy Policy is posted.
For money order or check orders, please be sure to include the appropriate shipping costs in your payment. For offline orders (mail or fax) please print an order form to mail or fax in.

NOTICE:
- Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped outside the continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
- Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by any method other than GROUND.
- Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and batons, cannot be shipped outside the United States (including its territories.)
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
- Stun Devices CANNOT be shipped to Hawaii, New York, Massachusetts, Michigan, Illinois, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Wisconsin, Connecticut or the city of Philadelphia, PA.
- Pepper Sprays CANNOT be shipped to New York, Massachusettes, Michigan or Wisconsin
- Wireless Nanny Camera orders are special order items and will ship within 3 business days. If you choose to upgrade your shipping to 2nd or Next Day Air, please be aware that your order will still take up to 3 business days to ship – where after that date you would receive your order according to the shipping method you choose.
